Some features require authentication through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Investor Matching

Our investor matching service connects founders with potential investors. We do not guarantee any investment outcomes. All investment decisions are made independently by investors and founders. We are not a broker-dealer or investment advisor.

7. Community Guidelines

Participation in our Discord community is subject to additional community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove users who violate these guidelines or negatively impact the community experience.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content created by The Founders' Group, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated feedback or the success of any investor connections. Our analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional investment or legal advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FOUNDERS' GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
